November’s Pet of the Month is the sweetest, most well-behaved little chihuahua you’ll ever meet: Mochi! She and her mom Katie live in PLG, and they love it! I was Mochi’s walker till I got so crazy busy running things here at ProspectBArk; now Alyssa is Mochi’s new BFF. But I hope she hasn’t forgotten me…? Here she is sporting her “urban tough girl” tee — it even has little holes in it! That’s right, big dogs — watch out!

About me: I’m a California pup livin in the big city. I can be a little territorial when it comes to my home and think I have a big bark and ferocious growl but really I’m a love bug. Once I get to know you I love you forever. I never forget a face. The quickest way to my heart is through my belly…if you drop it I will eat it! I have an iron stomach, most of the time, and love to eat all sorts of people food even though my mommy doesn’t let me have it most of the time.
My Walker: is Alyssa. I love her so much because she was extremely patient with me to earn my trust. She waited through my barking and showed me that she can be a bundle of fun. I love our walks and playtime while my mommy is at work.
Favorite Toy: I love my braided rope and other toys. My favorite game to play is keep away from you!
My Best Friend: (doggie or human) My best dog friend is my cousin Malibu. He lived with me for a while but then moved away to California just as we were becoming friends. But my overall favorites are my people – Mommy and all of her roommates throughout the years.
Favorite place to nap: If someone is home, I’m happiest on their lap. If they’re lying on their stomach I curl up on their bum. If no one is home you could find me on mommy’s bed or in a pile of dirty laundry I pulled out of the basket.
The Perfect Day for me would be: I love going on picnics to the park with my people!
