Neighborhoods: Carroll Gardens/Cobble Hill, DUMBO, Fort Greene, Boerum Hill, Park Slope

About me: As an only child, I had a lot of energy at my disposal growing up. While most of the time that stored energy would turn me into a centrifugal force, Chewy (German shepherd on the inset of my photo) would always help me channel that energy by example. Chewy was a mellow fellow and was integral in my transformation from a boy full of brio and spontaneity into the affable young man I am today (or at least I think I am today...). Anyway, Chewy was a great companion during my childhood, but I was only fortunate enough to know him for a small window during the timeline of my life, as he grew very sick and had to be euthanized while I was still young. I would like to think his spirit lives on inside me and my feline gal-pal, Nikki (as seen in photo). As a volunteer at various animal shelters throughout Brooklyn, as well as my experience walking dogs and looking after other animals in Carroll Gardens/Cobble Hill, it now thrills me to be part of ProspectBArk, where I am afforded the opportunity to meet more people who will go to great lengths in seeking care for their furry friends -- and mine. I look forward to meeting you and your special pets soon.
