About me: I have been surrounded by animals since I was a child. There is something about being near animals that feels very natural to me. I got my first dog when I was four years of age. Her name was Maxi, and she was a German Shepherd. I remember running around the yard with her until we were both tired and out of breath. Since then, I have only become more intrigued and in-love with animals. When I went to Berklee College, I had to leave my two labs, Hershey and Cheyenne, and my calico, Starbuck, at home. I started walking other peoples dogs as a means to be near animals once again. I met a lot of great people, and a lot of great dogs. I even got to cat sit a number of times, gaining a close bond with the owners and their feline family. Now, I am the proud parent of an 18 year old Shih Tzu rescue. When I first met Mickey, he had been horribly neglected and malnourished. Right away, I knew he needed a better home. With fair time and plenty of love, Mickey has become healthy once again. Although he is old, spending most of his time snoring in nooks, I know that he is happy having me care for him.

"My dog, Quantum was an abused rescue. She was always very wary of other men because of her previous owner. I was surprised that Quantum took to Mike almost immediately. It was very nice to see. She would even get excited when he would come by. He is caring, reliable, and I highly recommend him as a dog walker!"

"I was travelling to Ghana for 3 weeks and was having trouble finding the right person to care for my two cats, Tyler and Scarlet. When Mike and I first met, his soothing personality automatically put me at ease, and I knew I could relax if he was the one caring for them. When I finally got home, Tyler and Scarlet were so calm, and the house was so clean; it was like I never left. I am very happy that I chose Mike to care for my cats."
